Andy specialises in high street retail and leisure agency and shopping centre asset management. He has over 15 years experience in the South West and South Wales retail markets having worked previously for Churston Heard (Jones Lang LaSalle) London and as a Director of Macarthur Wilson, Bristol.

Acting on behalf of both landlord and retailer clients across both the region and nationally, Andy is actively involved with acquisition and disposal programmes for a range of retailers, along with acquisition, disposal and asset management situations for a variety of landlords, developers and investors.
